Summary: Coverage of Retired Officers' Luncheon at Bolling AFB celebrating the 35th Anniversary of the record endurance flight of the Fokker C-2 Question Mark. Crew members Gen Carl Spaatz, Lt Gen Ira Eaker, Col Harry Halverson and SSgt Roy Hooe attended. Also honored was Maj Sidney Kubesch, pilot on record-breaking B-58 flight from Tokyo-to-London. Carl Andrew Spaatz (born Spatz; June 28, 1891 – July 14, 1974), nicknamed "Tooey", was an American World War II general. As commander of Strategic Air Forces in Europe in 1944, he successfully pressed for the bombing of the enemy's oil production facilities as a priority over other targets.
